We’re looking for prospective companies to apply to become tenant clients. The best fit would be a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics-related venture that is less than three years old with an entrepreneur owner or management team that is willing to be coached and is ready for success.

Other prospects include spin-offs of existing companies, new company divisions tasked with developing new product lines and potentially satellite locations for companies wishing to locate in the region (on a case-by-case basis).
